Good service

In April 2022, I reached out to All City Locksmith to obtain the combination for a safe that came with my house when I bought it, as the prior owner had failed to provide it. The proprietor of All City, Yossi, charged me 100 dollars and said he would reach out to the company that manufactured the safe to obtain the default combination based on the serial number. I received a combination from All City. After a lot of back and forth, where I double-checked the numbers and sent over a video of myself trying to open the safe using those numbers, the combination sent by All City failed to open the safe. Yossi explained that the combination had probably been changed by the prior owner, which sounded plausible. Yossi offered to charge me several hundred dollars to drill the safe open, or would pay me a small sum to take it away so he could resell it. I ended up doing neither. Kevin @ A Preferred Locksmith is a true professional. They are reasonably priced and a delight to work with!!

Awesome

Great job! Looked at my issue and found the most cost-effective part and quickly fixed my lock. The tech also took the time to adjust my door hinges and lock strike plates so that door opens more easily. Well done...

Fleetwood's service and customer experience is second to none. I have purchased and had installed complete sets of locks for two houses over the past few years. Mike bends over backwards for his customers to make sure they are 100% happy and receive what they are supposed to. Price and service are top notch. I would recommend them to everyone.

Easy. I needed a new mailbox key, and it had to come in the mail. Took 60 seconds to make the key, and it arrived in the mail 4 days later. Most importantly, it worked!

Harlem Locksmith saved my life! Honest, professional, friendly and gave great advice. Best thing of all, did not break the bank.
