This is the shop I've been looking for. Very friendly people, reasonable prices, and overall just a good experience. They tuned two bikes for me. For one, he explained some basic maintenance to the shifters I can do myself. It's an old-school shop with lots of interesting things. That only doesn't get them a 5, the service does, but it's nice frosting on the cake.
