Locksmith

Excellent and speedy service. Helped me with multiple locks and didn't over charge. Would recommend them to anyone needing a locksmith.

took them 30 seconds to find, fix and redo a combination lock that I had been trying to fix for hours cruising help sites on the internet! first class, fast and knowledgeable

Dreading having to endure a visit to the car dealer to reprogram and perhaps replace my key fob, I found Tri Lock through a referral. Ben happened to be in the area, came within six minutes, not only reprogrammed my existing fob but made a replacement in his custom van. Cost was far less than the dealer quoted. My only wish would be for every service in Charlotte, whatever need, would give the product, service and attitude of Tri Lock. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Kessel.

Nolan was super fast and really responsive. Great service and value.

Class A hardware store.. if he don't have you probably don't need it.. fair prices

They are Charlotte’s best locksmith. They do service calls which saved me! Very happy with them.

Have you ever found yourself locked out of your house without a key thinking to yourself I wish I had put a smart lock on my front door so all I would have to do is push a few buttons and be inside? Then you start checking all of your windows in the dark hoping that you happened to have left one unlocked, and thinking about the best way to break into your own house without looking too suspicious. This happened to me recently, and I was grateful that Josh from Loc-Doc took my call in the middle of the night, and arrived quickly at my house to get me back in. Next step is having Loc-Doc put a smart lock on my front door so I don't repeat the process! I recommend Loc-Doc for all things security, and I want everyone to know about the great experience I had with Josh and the rest of the team!

My husband and I recently had a great experience with Carolina Lock and Access Control. In a day and age when customer service is sub par, this company excelled with great service. After years of wear and tear, our back sliding glass door popped off. After calling a couple locksmiths, we learned this is not a common thing they fix. We contacted Mike, and he was more than willing to come by and give a diagnosis. Mike is professional, prompt, great with communication, and great with working around our schedules. He was able to find the right parts to install and re-key the door at a fast and very reasonable rate. I have him locked in my phone for future issues, and highly recommend his services!

Amazing service! The technician came out within 15 minutes and was able to unlock my car quickly. BMW warned us against using a locksmith, but he knew what he was doing, and got me back on the road! Thanks again :)
