Didn't have a bunch of the keys I needed....not very reliable!!!

ARLYN LUND!!!! Dont ever do business with this guy. CROOKED UNPROFFESSIONAL & DOESNT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. Unless you want him to break into your vehicles with out your permission or your presence. I was at work and called for his services.. got called back to work so I called him to cancel. Also didnt really feel like paying for his over priced services.. Told me he wanted $20 to compensate for his time so I gave him $20 for his time.. I apologized for the inconvinence he said $20 wasnt good enough and Demanded more money. I asked him to just be fair. He was mad and just drove off in the middle of our conversation. (I get it id be mad too) Apparently he already opened my vehicle took my keys out with out my presence or permision. After i cancelled his services.. He never mentions anything to me about breaking and entering my vehicle. I eventually get my vehicle open and discover my keys are missing. Called the GUY and he admitted he took my keys while i was away from my vehicle.. He held my keys for ransom. DEMANDED that I pay $80 on top of the $20 to get my keys back... long story short the sherrifs got involved. Got my keys back. Just like the story.. save yourself some headache and save yourself the hassle and save yourself some money.. Go to LOVES TRUCK STOP they sell auto locksmith kit ($22). Its gotta slim jim and wedgers to help pry your door open and they got some rods thatll help hit the unlock button.. so easy a caveman can do it...Dont waste your time with this guy! Brought in an old Mercedes with a rare key. Within the week Jim had ordered the blank I needed, gave me the copies requested, and even helped troubleshoot some engine problems I’ve been having. Excellent service, extremely knowledgeable, and exceedingly friendly: Highly Recommend

They set up an appointment between 9am and noon. I called at 11:30, 12:30 and 1:30pm. Finally, the technician called me back and I cancelled it. I took a time off from work to wait for him and, at least, a phone to keep me updated would be nice. I will not recommend this service to a friend.

Stopped in to purchase key fob. Was quoted $65 for a NEW fob with programming included. After trying 2 different NEW fobs with no success, seller tried to give me a "refurbished from dealer" OEM fob without even telling me before hand and trying to charge me full price for a new fob. Item was definitely not refurbished. Refurbished items do not come with dirt and grime still trapped in the groves of plastic and buttons. The fob that I was sold does work. However due to the dishonesty of the bait and switch at the end of the transaction I cannot recommend this establishment. Seller did offer a small discount when he realized I was not going to pay full price for a used fob.

Fast and easy. Did not even have to take the original key off the key ring.
