Great place! They fixed up an old malfunctioning trunk lock for me in no time flat. I had taken the lock to another locksmith first and got nothing but dumb looks and "I don't know how to work on that." Tom's took it and actually fixed it. Huzzah!

MinuteKEY is not a business with a location, it's a self-service kiosk inside a Wal-Mart. Would have been nice to know that instead of having to circle the block three times thinking I was losing my mind or that my GPS was going wonky.
Once I finally realized it was in fact inside Wal-Mart, I approach the kiosk to find the message "Temporarily Out of Service" displayed on screen.
I've never had to make key copies before, but the one time I needed to and this machine was unable to fulfill it's sole function. Entire lunch break wasted.
