they charged elderly woman $200.00 to unlock her car. I called to get a quote and they said $19.00 trip cost and $25.00 fee. I then told them what they charged my mother and she kept repeatedly putting me on hold. I called back and she obviously saw it was me again and when I asked her to confirm what she just quoted she stated the cost would be $245.00. They clearly took advantage of my mother!!!!!

Paid $179 for a simple unlock service in Boulder. These guys are not local. Do not call them as they charge over double what should be charged. I called a local company and they charge just $75. I’m from OK visiting and I had no idea. Wish I had known before I was out a lot of money.

My lock stopped working and it was about three months since they put in the locks. I called them they came out the same day. Which was really nice. I guess my five-year-old stuck something in to the lock. Didn’t charge me for any labor just a service call. Nice to know they stand behind their work even if it’s not their fault.
