Called at 200 pm this afternoon requesting a locksmith meet us at an elderly gentleman's house who had locked himself out. They took my call and ask for the information and promised a return call within 30 minutes. I called back a 2nd time. Same thing, locksmith will call you back within 30 minutes. Called a 3rd time and said I'd you can't come out, please tell me so I can try and find someone else. Again, locksmith will call you within 30 minutes. It has now been 8 hours. Not one word. No one returned call. Not even the cloudy of a text saying I'm too busy and can't help. Find someone else.
Do not waste your time with this place. No compassion for an elderly man out in the cold and 0 courtesy to even return a call.

I've had such a great experience with Brass Lock & Key I had to leave a review. I am long distance and needed to take care of family business there in PA local to the company. With some rather open ended questions and not quite sure where to go with what I needed, they were very helpful in finding answers.
Through our conversation, I learned they do much more than I thought of a traditional locksmith. Their technology is top notch as well as the professionalism, kindness and knowledge. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else.

I came in with my old, what i thought was a broken door knob expecting to have to buy a new one, the owner said its a very good 60yr old $200 door knob. He checked it out and said its ok, just spray some WD-40 and turn knob a few times to get lubricated and he thought it might last another 60yrs:) He was right, doorknob works great now. I was impressed that he offered free advise instead of just trying to sell me a new door knob. I've been using these guys for years for spare keys, locks. They have always offered great service along with friendly knowledgable employees. Thanks for your help, guys!!!
