I have a 2006 Prius with a very beat up key fob. I found a replacement fob online (without the chip) but was really uncomfortable trying to move the chip from one fob to another.
These folks were fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable. They even fixed the mechanical lock on the car (which had gotten stuck). I have a new locksmith--these will be the first folks I call!

I would give a zero star if I could. The service is overprice and the man was so rude. I looked up the price online was between $30 to $50 for car locked, but they charged me $190 for their service, and it took them LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES to unlock my car, My car is Honda 2005. I don't recommend using their service, look some where else for cheap price.

Instead of drilling it rendering it useless, he found a way to get it open so I could change the batteries and keep using it. Thank you for your quick and great service as well as having long hours.

VERY disappointed. I would have appreciated if the person picking up the phone told me there was a $29.99 charge for a visit. I would have not had them come at that point. Also, they wanted to charge me $125 to drill the lock and $79 for a lock. To make matters worse he haggled with me. He even called his boss to haggle 3rd person. I was able to find someone to do it for $120 total.

Saw the KeyMe vendor in a Safeway store and since I needed a key I figure I would try it out. It did what it said it would do and was happy. So I tried to get a car key maid, and it said it would have to ship it to me. Wish they would have said that in the beginning. All in all if you need a simple key made give this a try And if you want an extra car key and if you can wait for it will work too.
