Hours are not reliable at all. Every time I have called in they are either "on a service call" or "done for the day". I recommend going with another locksmith or service that is actually available at their location and follows their posted business hours.

Absolutely TERRIBLE costumer service, my wife needed it to make a copy for our car key. When she called they quoted $50 so we drove to their store and upon arrival they were not welcoming and did not Acknowledge her until she spoke first. The owner was upset at the fact that she brought a spare key to be cut and because obviously the service would be cheaper he had a attitude and proceeded to throw the pieces of the key down on the counter. I DO NOT recommend This place I love to support small businesses- but this is clearly the reason why they go out of business (if you have poor customer service don’t expect to stay afloat).

The system is a great idea: however I had a problem with the key that was made, and I was confused about some instructions. I was able to make the key work by wire brushing it -- you may want lo let users know about this process. I was confused by the instructions to login with the temporary password I was given -- that is only for kiosks in the future. Some clarifications to new users on these two points would be welcome.

The kiosk was great. It was quick. Price is good. My only complaint is the machine didn’t clean off the Burrs from the key very well. Hopefully it won’t come off into the pins of the door lock.
