They answered their phone on the 2nd ring and were courteous and professional. They had someone out to us within a reasonable time frame and the whole process took maybe 5 minutes. Joe was our technician and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would use them again in a heart beat and would refer them just as quickly. Duplicating keys that nobody else can. Don't go to the hardware store, support your local locksmith!

First time. Once I learned to use the machine, all went well. The new key works fine. Your machine is convenient but the price is a bit higher than key shops. I will use you again for your convenience.

VERY disappointed. I would have appreciated if the person picking up the phone told me there was a $29.99 charge for a visit. I would have not had them come at that point. Also, they wanted to charge me $125 to drill the lock and $79 for a lock. To make matters worse he haggled with me. He even called his boss to haggle 3rd person. I was able to find someone to do it for $120 total.

Got 3 keys, all turned out great

I had previously wrote a review about this Keyme a while back basically stating in essence that they will quote you one price over the phone, then bill almost twice as much at the completion of the job.

Husband needed someone to help program a key for his pickup. Service was to slow and there was not good either in conversation .

If I had to go back and hire these guys again I certainly would. Their prices were reasonable but even better was the fact that they were fast. Came to my home shortly after our chat over the phone. They did their job quickly and so I have decided to give them my public good word.

This guy is a PRO I tell you. Thank for your time you charge a good price and you did your job dam fast. Evergreen lock and key is the place to call for help.

I'm very disappointed with this tow company. Due to an accident, Speedway was chosen by the police. Car was totaled and towed. Owner of the car had liability insurance and was not issued an ticket for the accident, is homeless and jobless and tried to make a deal to pay some cash and give the title as payment for the two and storage fee and the owner said no. Car owner got upset and swore at the owner. I called back to try and work something out and he refused. Tow company owner said if we couldn't pick the car up right away, the car would be considered abandoned after 20 days, go to auction, and the owner would get a ticket for abandonment of car and his license would be suspended until he paid the $3000 tow bill. He wasn't willing to make any deals, take payments, etc. Car has been in their possession for 3 days now. He even told me he wouldn't take the abuse from me, where I never even raised my voice. I simply explained the situation, apologized for the car owner's conversation, asked some questions and asked how we could resolve the issue. Seems sad they won't give a guy a break when he's already down as low as he can go and just lost the last possession he had and the means to get him to a job. Not good business practice or customer service.
