Locksmith

Called early morning, left car keys in car, I got the answering machine, so i left my info which was instructed and waited for a return call. Didn't get a call back.

Marty is the BEST!! So friendly and such a hard worker. I went in to get a load of keys duplicated and he did it right there on the spot. Then he recommended the best food in the area because I was starving! Awesome customer service.

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOURE LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM. This was most certainly the worse 5 minute experience and display of customer service that I’ve ever seen. I called and the phone was answered then hung up. I called back 3 other times without response. I was actually forwarded to a voicemail that was full! I called another lock smith to come. They quoted me CHEAPER THAN THIS BUSINESS. I sent a message via text to them letting them know that sending someone to VM is the wrong way to conduct Business if you want to be profitable. I Decided to do business with the other company. Heloh called me back in the midst of me waiting and I tell him I’ve found someone, said Thank you and hung up the phone. He texts me back and said some very rude things then called me 3 Times, I sent all calls to VM. I POLITELY ASKED HIM TO STOP TEXTING ME AT THAT POINT and that I would consider it harassment Bc he was continuing to argue with me via text. I was forced to screenshot the conversation and threaten to file an official report if he didn’t atop badgering me (I have the text proof). LIKE I SAID IN THE BEGINNING, DONT COMDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IF YOURE LOOKING FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM.

Great place to visit

Had a car key made and programmed. One of the most affordable spots in LA County. Great, prompt, service. Very knowledgeable.

Super friendly , and they work fast. Of course I got locked out of my car during the hottest part of the day 100* out on Friday the 13th and they guy was there in moments and he had it open in just moments . Super thankful for these guys they win my business completely

Not open on the hours they say they are open. Wasted my time - its a saturday, 2pm. Closed.

A very quick response Locksmith called when he said he would. Had the part fitted and was away within 30 minutes.

Very fast service last minute on a Sunday and great customer service overall! I could have gone with other cheaper locksmiths for re-keying, but these guys were very professional and gave me the peace of mind that the job was done right.
