The kiosk was great. It was quick. Price is good. My only complaint is the machine didn’t clean off the Burrs from the key very well. Hopefully it won’t come off into the pins of the door lock.

Thieves!! DO NOT COME NEAR THIS COMPANY...
called them to make a key and they quoted me $4-5 I walked in and all the sudden it's $10, they took the card and came back with a receipt of $18!!!!
on top of all this I went back and the key doesn't even work!!!!!!! I called them and they said " we never said it was guaranteed to work" and OI have to go back and pay them again to get another key for a cabinet they put the lock in for.
BY FAR the WORST company and customer service ever, would give less than a star if I can

I called and asked them what is the price to have transponder key made. They told me $25. So I drove 4 and a half hours straight with all my kids, without any stop to get there before they close. When I get there they told me they will charge another $50 to program it to work. I thought it was obvious when I told them I want transponder key made so it will work with the vehicle. So they give me the price of the cutting only and omitted the price of the programing. Omitting a price for your customer to get there is the same thing as lying and that is bad business. The Lady continued say the metal from other countries will mess up their machine to justify the lie and the high price.
