Great service and quality, priced very competitively.

Seen some work and they area good processor however customer service was poor. Went to the Sawtech expo and was seriously considering one of these processors but wanted to find out a bit more about them. I tried asking four different times to two of the reps and was completely ignored all times. One of them even pulled out his phone started texting and walked away when I was trying to ask something. I could have understood if it was busy but I was the only one there at the time. These processors are not cheap and if I was willing to spend a lot of money to purchase one I feel like I should have been treated with at least a little respect. Unfortunately I wasn't so I just walked away with a really bad experience.
