We received a CanCam CNC Router from another school in our Board but for some unknown reason a part of the display on the handheld paddle, NK 105 G3, was not functioning. When I contacted Can Cam to inquire about repair or replacement options they said that they would replace the paddle for free.
That is truly exceptional service. I highly recommend this company and their products to anyone considering using them, and I look forward to dealing with them in future!

Called last minute prior to a trip after accidentally damaging an integral motorcycle part. Peter quickly cleaned up the part and suggested some things I could do to make everything work. I was eventually able to repair my motorcycle. He charged a reasonable fee and I was more than happy to pay.
