Short version: took too long to ship; cancelled order; charged anyways, waiting 2 months for resolution. Not happy. Long version: Ordered a fork brace July 27. Informed that there would be a delay. Email follow up August 14. No response. September 14, the indicate they have parts, and want me to confirm my order. I cancel my order via email. The brace is mailed to me October 14, and my credit card charged. The package arrives about a week later while I'm on vacation. I returned the package on November 9, and request my credit card be reimbursed. I follow up on November 23, when I am told 'we just received the package, and we're going to open it and check to make sure that everything is there, and then mail off a cheque'. Dudes. You took my money before you mailed the package. You wanted the money via credit card. You mailed a package after I cancelled my order, and after you requested a confirmation. And now I'm waiting on a cheque? Seriously. How do you guys even remember how to breathe, let alone run a business. 'Cuz, if this is typical of how you run your business, you'd better damned well invest in a bunch of oxygen machines...

Guys seem pretty rough around the edges like they dislike there job...gotta say I don't blame them though. Seems pretty cold and rough work environment
