This buisness is the definition of high turnover rate. Just look at the owner the wrong way and he will find a way to get rid of you. The owner has a habit of screaming at his employees and is constantly demeaning those around him. This person is the cheapest i have ever met and will regularly cut corners at the sake of worker safety. In six months this buisness hired and lost 5 to 6 people through the person quitting or being let go. The boss is constantly breathing down your neck and instructing you on how to do your job even if he has no experience doing it. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague.
