I rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled too since Martin at Webkea was the main reason we are getting results online. Before Martin layed out his full digital marketing campaign for us we were no where tobe found with an old html website. Since then martin has managed to get us to page 1 in the google search and has increased our traffic to our store and our website. He really is an Seo Expert. I highly recommend Webkea to anyone on the fence about adverstising online as a way to bring in more coustomers.

I requested information on the packaging and was given the wrong amount of boxes and weights. I ended up paying 248.00 in UPS charges for calendars that cost $300.00. Very frustrated because I requested several times to verify the dimensions & weight only to be stuck with a huge UPS bill. So angry with this company. Poor customer service.

Best team and services in Ottawa!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. There a reason as to why the service is cheap, is because literally the customer service is terrible. I met up with the guy in order to design my website, I explained the deliverables and he agreed with confidence that he can do it. He promised a skeleton of the website to be done within a week. I waited 3 weeks and I have gotten no skeleton. I then proceeded to call/text the guy he would not reply for days and come up with excuses as to why the project needs to be delayed. 6 weeks went by and he then said he cannot complete the project. He also said I will refund you within a week. I don’t understand how you do not do the job and have the audacity to not pay the person back as soon as you admit you cannot finish something. This person not only cannot speak much English he also is the worst communication skills I have yet to see. He has zero regards for his customers PLEASE NOT GO WITH THIS GUY. Pay the extra 200 bucks and save your self the head ache. DO NOT GO WITH THIS GUY!
