Martial Arts

This a a great place to work out!! First of all, I am in the Strength and Training class from 8 to 9am with Mark, and I have to say this type of work out gets you fit in less than a week. No Joke! I have only gone for 2 weeks and already feel in better in shape. I actually vomited the first 2 times because the work outs are serious and demanding. I will like to thank the trainer Mark, he is really patient and actually dedicates his time to showing us how to do the work out correctly. If you want to get in serious shape this is a great place to do so, right now I can only stand 3 days a week, but soon I will make it out to all 5 days when my muscles stop aching so much. :) Thanks a lot guys. Appreciate the great work outs.

Studio 12 rocks. After seeing an aerial dance performance the Mission several months ago, I had to try flying for myself. Cherie Carson and her crew of aerial dance instructors are all very knowledgeable, patient, and adventurous in their teaching styles. Lots of classes offered throughout the week for adults and children. Two thumbs way up for Studio 12 flys :-)

It is an incredible community. My son at 11 didn't want to try a marital art. After the first lesson he didn't want to leave. He calls it his 2nd home.

Sergio is simply awesome with the kids. My daughter has been attending for a two years now and is always excited to go.

My daughter been going here for group classes two times a week and it has been fun and productive. The classes have helped her with concentration, focus on details, and discipline. She has mastered two basic Shaolin forms so far and will be moving onto weapons. Class size is small, typically 5-10 students so my daughter gets plenty of personal attention. There are several Kung Fu studios closer to us but we commute a longer way to this school because I believe this is the best program for my child.

I've only been going to this place for about a year, but it's amazing! Much better than my multiple past martial arts experiences. The instructors are amazing, and what they teach you does really help.

Guardian Gym is an awesome place. They have great instructors and students. Can't go wrong!

This is a great place to learn aikido at your own pace. There are classes for adults at all levels and children. The instructors are superb, and all the students respectful & supportive. A bonus is the spacious dojo and convenient location.
