Amazing school. One big family. They teach hard work here and this is not a school that sells "fake" belts that cost hundreds of dollars to receive a participation award. Lets face it, no 9 year old should be a black belt in any martial art and if any scool tells you different, they are just trying to take as much money from you as possible to make your chile feel better about him/her self. All in all, its been amazing experience for my 9 year old. He has learned self defense and the importance of hard work to achieve goals in life. Sifu Mandarino is one of the most nice and caring instructers that i have met. His goal is to teach the art, not try to milk you for every dime like some schools do. Plus, you will get an incredible cardio workout while having fun with staffs, swords, and other traditional weapons. I implore anyone interested to visit with sifu Mandarino he is NOT pushy and not a salesman. Highly recommended!

The head teacher Steve Higgans is a very humble and fun loving person. He has trouble focusing on a consistent teaching plan but knows Tai Chi far better than many other teachers.

Amazing environment. Highly experienced instructors are: friendly and patient. I replaced 10 lbs of fat with muscle within the first month of joining just from the warm-ups alone. Absolutely great place to learn self-defense and have a lot of fun sparring and grappling with others. I've been there for almost 2 years.

Taking classes here was one of the best decisions I've made. Sensei Hutch is a great teacher, and the classes are more than affordable. If you decide to come here, don't be turned away at the appearance of the facility. It is small, and it doesn't look like much at first, but you'll quickly realize that is irrelevant. It's my opinion that the quality of your training has everything to do with your teacher and very little to do with the location and equipment. However, all the equipment you might need is there and is more than enough. I would strongly recommend to anyone that they take classes with Sensei Hutch.
