Martial Arts

William Solnosky is a great instructor. He teaches with attention to detail. Filipino Martial Arts is interesting because it includes weapon training from the beginning of training. I am a Martial Artist is Hapkido and I find that it compliments the type of training that I practice. I recommend this class to everyone.

My involvement with Impact Martial Arts Team Manlius has been life-changing. The instructors are experienced, supportive and dedicated. The training is fantastic, and I deeply value the camaraderie with my teammates. Would highly recommend this!

I have been training Jiu Jitsu since 2006 and have had the opportunity to train with many black belts in many different place. I can say that Team Bundy is by far the best training I have received. Coach Bundy is an awesome instructor and I feel like I'm learning Jiu Jitsu all over again with Coach Bundy. The lessons are great and I take away something awesome every class that changes my Jiu Jitsu. I travel from an hour away just to be there. Team Bundy is a very family friendly and ego free school and you feel like part of the team from the first time you walk through the door. I highly recommend Team Bundy to anyone starting out or any one experienced looking to advance there knowledge.

I used to come here when I was younger, and plan to return in the future! I recommend this place for all!

Great place

I'll admit I need a little push to keep fit so i need a personal trainer to push me. I don't care to train with a bunch of other people around so I prefer a studio. This studio was just what I wanted. Clean, well equipped and private.

This place seems like the nicer if the places in the strip of stores its connected to. It's not bad, but looks like it could use some love on the outside. I have seen a full house when they are open. Lots of trophies inside from competition.
