These guys were great. They were able to fit everything we wanted with room to spare. They treated all our belongings with care. Highly recommened!

Thank you for a job well done! Two moves, one week apart, were done for family members and both jobs went smoothly. All of the staff involved were very professional, friendly and efficient.

Was moved seamlessly from one residence to another in June of 2017. They literally rolled out a red carpet to protect the flooring. Handled my furniture and items with great care. Wouldn't hesitate to refer Mountain Moving & Storage, they are professional, and reasonably priced.

Dwinell's team was fantastic. They had us moved out of old home and into the new one in under six hours with no damage . They made what was expected to be a long stressful day very enjoyable.

Me and my wife used Centennial to move from Toronto to Vancouver, although the prices were decent for a studio's worth of items... they definitely made sure to squeeze every penny they could. - Note that the deposit is not part of their quote, it is in addition to their quote. - Their basic insurance despite stating on their website that is it tallied using the "weight of your shipment" is not implemented using a cap based on the total weight. It is based on the weight of the item that has been damaged. Our tower fan was broken and they ended up calculating a total owing to us at $6.00 because they estimated it to be 9-10lbs.. (note they graciously bumped up the payout to a whopping 20 dollars for our 75 dollar fan...) - We took a lot of time to actually weigh all of our belongings after packing them. Keeping a running total of our boxes weights & bed frame/mattress weights from store information. We should have been well below their 1000lb minimum charge by about 250lbs. They then informed us that we had exceeded their quote weight by 210lbs. When I informed them that their information was wrong they said it is all done automatically with a truck scale. After asking for the weigh ticket I received a few lines of information basically stating that it took four and a half hours to load our stuff (which two guys were able to do by hand in roughly 15 minutes picking it up from our original destination) along with the truck weight before and after. So yeah... use at your own risk.

Stop! Don't bother looking for other local movers! Found them via a Google Search for a local southtowns moving company and after I moved with them it turns out my mother and her friends have all been using them for decades! This company is so personable that my mother actually remembers the owner's names (Tom & Sandy). Now it's run primarily by their son, Kyle, who is continuing family tradition and running the business in a great manner. The prices are more than reasonable - so much so that when they give you your quote and you compare it to "the other guys," you'll find yourself wondering just how bad is this going to be? Are they going to be late? Are they going to handle my belongings roughly? Are they going to hold my belongings hostage and claim I owe more after they've loaded them up on their truck? [True story, happens quite frequently - particularly in long distance moves.] These all have "NO" unequivocally as their answer. These are great local folks, who fairly hire legal working citizens, and care for your belongings like they were their own. They're also great to chat with as they load/unload. The cost other companies quoted me for the same move was almost exactly DOUBLE what M&T quoted me. I was more than happy to give them a substantial tip and feed them lunch. After the moved I joked, "I'm absolutely never using you guys again... because I'll be damned if I'm ever freaking moving again! However I am a song bird for you for life!" Thanks Tom, Sandy, Kyle & gang! You're the only name I'll utter if I hear someone is looking for local movers!

Terrible move. Worst experience with a business in my life. 1) put a huge hole in our wall at the house we were leaving and basicly said deal with it. 2) picked up my 40 year old 911s two days late. 3)when the car arrived in Canada they had broken the key off in the ignition, it was out of gas and the new battery was dead. 273 “ joy ridden “ miles on it. 4) our belongings arrived TEN days after promised. The driver says it was because they waited for a second mover so they could maximize profits on the two separate moves. 5) owner promised me a 5K insurance settlement ( it was a 24k move ). He said if I paid on full he would help me get it. Once I gave him his money he didn’t return phone calls or emails. Got a couple hundred dollars. 6) worst experience I have ever had or even head of in a move. Be aware all they are concerned about us $$. Not your family’s well being. Sad.
