These guys did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone including my friends and family.

Fantastic movers. Easy to schedule, show up on time, works fast but smart. Sort of amazed at how great they moved my 3 bd house from Windsor County to Washington County. Can't go wrong. They even accidentally kept my broom (gave it back obv). The move was so smooth I don't care at all about the stupid broom. Hire them.

The movers were on time, great communication throughout the whole process. They wrapped all the furniture in the house before they took anything into the truck. They were efficient and clearly showed as they all worked together. Thanks Dartmouth Moving!

I was looking for a reasonable moving company to help with an intra-manhattan move. Serenity fit the bill an had availability during my preferred house. Pros: Max at Serenity communicated well and by email for the most part which i preferred Max/Serenity took the cert of insurance at both locations and filled them out almost immediately The movers showed up early and were ready to help and insure a speedy move My move took the exact time quoted Movers were professional Cost was reasonable Small con: My TV was not in a box. movers charged 25 bucks for the box, then took the box. Put your tv in a box is the moral of the story. or do what i did: i ended up tipping a little less because of the box. Overall: everything was great and im glad i chose this company.. Would recommend and use again.

Not a complicated move by OZ standards but one that required timing - a NYC 23rd floor pickup with limited access to the service elevator going to DC where parking and move in is controlled by city approvals. This was a full team effort with between 8 and 5 persons - all professional and polite! A job well done within our budget and on schedule. Thank you OZ.

I recently used Imperial Moving from New York to Georgia, let me advise, they were very professional when they arrived to pick up my furniture. They made sure every inch of furniture was wrapped so it wouldn’t get damaged on the truck. They also wrapped my 65” TV to its entirety. They knew what they were doing and exceeded my expectations on every level. They also assembled everything once they arrived with my furniture to Georgia, I did not have to lift a finger. Not only were the movers great but the price was very reasonable being that I needed a long distance move. I truly recommend this company for any future moves.

My experience with 5 Star Movers was amazing and I'm actually very surprised to read about such poor experiences. I hired them via UHaul's website and contracted them for moving help and cleaning services. I traveled to Yonkers, NY to vacate my ailing father's apartment and needed assistance moving items from the apartment to the truck. 3 movers arrived 15 minutes early. The surveyed the job and devised a plan and quickly began working. They were efficient, polite, hard working AND not bad on the eyes. They actually went above and beyond in assisting with wrapping a few of the larger pieces of furniture and disassembling pieces for me. I cannot imagine how they could have provided better service to me. Because I was traveling in from out of town and completely packed a 1 bedroom apartment in 12 hours, I needed to change my start time twice and they were gracious about those changes, even the morning of the move. I will say that they didn't seem to be aware of the need to clean the apartment, but once they verified that this was apart of the contract the quickly obliged and completed the task in 30 mins. I paid for 2 hours of moving and 1 hour of cleaning and they were finished in 1.5 hours total. The truck was packed perfectly and upon arriving in Washington, DC, nothing was damaged or out of place from the drive. I'm sorry that others haven't had a good experience, but I simply can't relate. These guys rock in my book!

I found these guys after Mayflower told me they couldn't do my move after they sent a guy to give me a quote. Well, Roadway took Mayflower's quote and worked with me one on one to get my move back on track, they were even cheaper than Mayflower. Ken Chen was the absolute best and truly did everything he could to make sure my stuff would get to me within the week of me moving in. They came early May 25th picked up everything, even small items that weren't listed in the original quote. By June 9th (a Saturday!) we had everything with no issues and no surprise price increase.
