Nous devons faire attention à ce que l'on dit sur Google avec cette entreprise. Les principe de haute direction de TransForce n'accepte pas les critiques négatives. Les principe sont ancrés dans l'entreprise mais moins pire qu'un autre entreprise lié à la haute direction! Malgré tout, je tiens à vous prévenir sur ce point qui ma chatouiller : lorsqu'il y aura augmentations de salaires au miles vous aurez moins de salaires par semaine si vous faites les États-Unis soit un salaire de bienvenue à 780$ par semaine à 650$ et moins par semaine comme routier professionnel.

We hired Carlton Movers and could not be more pleased with the outcome. They were organized, very professional, and extremely efficient. They did everything with care of items, set up the furniture in all the rooms exactly where we wanted, and even gave suggestions as to what would look nice where. They even came in cheaper than their estimate. My husband and I have both moved about 15 times throughout our lives. We will never move again without calling Carlton Movers.

Fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. They were very helpful and up for any pieces I needed moved. I have used them twice and will continue to use them in the future.

Worst service ever, they are so slow and week movers I have ever seen. They will take 20-30 mins break to smoke and relax and charge you crazily at the end. I will suggest not go with gentle looting movers. Myself would moved the stuff faster than these movers. I am very disappointed

Superb! Efficient and Flexible and Careful. Eddie and team were everything we needed just to move some pieces around the house and even to the dump. They me called back within the hour. I had told them it was just two sofas and he said they could squeeze me in the next afternoon. By the next day though, I had a short list of thing to move! They were more than on time and were very accommodating to my change of plans. Professional and reasonable - couldn't ask for more!

This is the ONLY moving company that answers their phone /returns a call (NOT VM), even after regular business hours!!!! Not only that, they hooked up my TV,DVD so that I could unpack which is of course, extremely stressful, and the guys didn't have to even do that! I have moved multiple times.....once even called last minute (Friday @5pm...their trucks were in my driveway Monday @ 8:30)!!!! Those guys even had to take my front door off to accommodate my couch, rock stars, they are!!!! I would Never consider using anyone else, EVER!!!!

Two Men and a truck came through for us at the last minute. I called to schedule packing and moving at 5:30pm on Wednesday night and they were at my house at 7:30am on Thursday morning. They went over and beyond to get everything done. I couldn’t recommend a better company to handle your moving needs. I’m the last 10 years I have moved 5 times and by far they were the best company. Not only were their rates very competitive the service was far superior to any other professionals in the industry. Again thank you so much for coming through last minute for us. We really appreciate it!!!

Movers were professional and accommodating. Took great care in handling furniture. Never complained with temp near 100! Worked quickly and efficiently. Michael was great with follow up and availability. Will recommend them and would definitely use them again!

I had Atlantic Moving Systems move us from Ocean City to VA. Joe, Dorian and Kave were the crew who handled the job. They showed up on time, were quick and efficient, polite and helpful from the first minute of our interaction. They are pros who have obviously done this a long time, they handled the furniture with utmost care. Very pleased.

DON’T USE FIVE STAR MOVERS IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS. I start this negative review with complete disclosure. The movers themselves worked hard and efficient. I even wrote a nice review for them because they are hard workers. However... Don’t use them. They broke my flat screen television. I didn’t learn this until cable installers came to setup in the new home, which is why the movers received a good review, initially. But here’s what occurred once I learned of the damage and filed the claim... First you should know, when they come to move you, before they move one item, they make you sign the lading form. This form values your items at .60-cents a pound. I say ‘make’ you sign it because if you don’t sign it, they don’t move a thing. So, if you want or need to move when they arrive, you need to sign. Now that you’ve signed it, they begin to move. But because you signed it, anything they break will not be worth more than .60-cents per pound with a maximum of $30.00. So, this means if you have a $2,000 television, you won’t get more than $30.00 if they break it. If you have a $3,000 Rolex watch and they drop it and crack the crystal face, you wouldn’t get more than $.60-cents. When filing a claim please know that Five Stars uses an independent insurance facilitator named CSI. So, once they’re done moving your items, they are essentially done with you. CSI makes you fill out the insurance claim. This is a lengthy online form to assess the value and requires you submit evidence of the damage, such as photos of the damage and model, make, and year of the item. Once you complete and submit it, you have to then wait about 30-days for them to review and get back to you. While waiting for a response, I purchased a new television since we were in a our new home and wanted to have a television. I also figured we would receive a fair and reasonable amount for the television they broke, so the difference wouldn’t be that big of an amount. When CSI did get back to us, after all that prepareation of the claim, the settlement offer was $30. To add insult to injury, the CSI reply also included a link to our damaged television on Amazon showing the television’s value at $500. Now, had CSI offered the claim of $500, that would’ve been completely acceptable by me because the depreciation of the television would be applied. I get that and accept that. But to cap the offer at $30 because of the lading form and then send a claim offer of $30 with evidence showing the television valued at $500 is insulting and extremely unfair. Here’s the real scam, though. When you’re moving you have a place you have to move out by a certain date and time and another place you have committed to moving into via deposit and signed lease or mortgage. So, when Five Stars Movers arrive and tell you that you have to sign the lading form before they move your items, you have a choice. Don’t sign and they leave without moving anything or sign and they’re not going to be liable for more than $30 or less if they break, damage or lose anything. In reality, you have no choice. The choice you do have now though is to not use Five Stars Movers. Go with a fair and professional moving company that will respect and fairly reimburse you for your hard earned belongings. So, DON’T USE FIVE STAR MOVERS IF YOU VALUE YOUR ITEMS.

Courteous, efficient friendly dudes who were really punctual and put up with my scattered brain. Pack your things very carefully since their truck is quite large. Would definitely recommend and use their service again!
