Amazing customer service! We look forward to working together again. The movers were prompt & efficient. They came to my home, wrapped all of my furniture with speed and precision as well. They moved my heavy and bulky furniture so gracefully with no issues at all. They were very professional and moved everything quickly and seamlessly. Bob dosen't like to show up for his bookings, Not once but twice. Pretends he never spoke to you one the phone three times and never heard of you! Leaving a little old lady stranded with a packed up house and no where to go! Then when you get a bit upset with him he hangs up on you. Real professional Bob :-(

This self-storage lot is clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. Generally the staff is friendly and responsive. I recommend setting up auto-pay for your storage unit rent to avoid inconvenient lockouts.

Idling trucks is one of the least beneficial things you can do for a truck when it is 21 degrees celcius or about 70 farenheit....there is no need for air conditioning, open a window, no need for heat, open a window, no need what so ever, it just adds to the noise and pollution being created for no good reason whatsoever. I am sitting at the Irving in Newport Maine with one of your trucks just idling away, making noise and no driver in site. Maybe you can pay big bucks and I should see if you will hire me to burn fuel for no reason....fuel costs are one of the things we are able to control, and maybe finding a way to repay drivers for their conservation efforts would go a long way to stopping stupid waste, but like I said earlier maybe you are making too much bloody money and can afford it....truck #30....green international eagle with Ransim trucking on back door panel, hauling empty 3 axle flatbed....

I have moved with Parker K Bailey twice and have greatly appreciated their flexibility with my contingencies and timing along with good, competitive estimates. They were careful with our possessions on both ends and did an excellent job. Obviously - I'd choose them again!
