Marda is amazing!

Keep in mind those are my nails after riding horses, and washing dogs for the past week. They turned out exactly how I want!

Just moved to the area. Looking for a new nail place. Got a gel manicure and within a day it started to chip and peel. It’s day four and ALL of my nails are lifting and chipping. I will not be returning. Unacceptable.

seldom post this kind of review - but really need to send a BIG SHOUT OUT to Sissy at Bella Eden in Murphys! It has literally been years and years since someone got my color right! I just got home, looked in the mirror and was completely blown away. It looks just the way it did when I was in high school. Sissy got the correct low lights of brown mixed with blonde high lights:) I am so happy. If you want a hair colorist who "gets it" with us more mature women who might want just the same color we had when we were younger, I highly recommend her! Thank you Sissy!

I went there post a climbing trip and a move to fix my weathered hands. The manicure was fine. I had regular color and I had my hands under the nail drier and was sent on my way but an hour later they are still not dry and now 6/10 nails have been messed up. I got smudged polish on my shirt, my pants, and on my fridge. This was not worth the time it took me because I now have to drive to the store to buy polish remover so that I can get this off before this polish smears anything else in my house.

I've been here several times. For the quality of their work they majorly over charge. The gel Manis I have had from them over the years only last about a week and to consider the price is frustrating.THEY ALSO WAXED MY FRIEND'S EYEBROWS AND GAVE HER SECOND DEGREE BURNS (hospital diagnosed "second degree"). Do not go.

After a couple of days of snowboarding and having my face destroyed by the harsh elements of the mountain I opted to somewhat repair the damage by doing a the Sugared Cherry Radiance w/ Kate Johnson. The experience was phenomenal and well worth the price. I normally go get facials done at Equinox in SF and pay more than what Kate charges for a fraction of the quality of service. I will be sure to return w/ friends each time I visit Lake Tahoe from here on out.
