Mediocre pedicure. Felt like they rush the job and give you okay service. Probably best to come here in the middle of the week. Weekends are busy.

I was charged $77 for the most simple acrylic set, a French tip. I had medium length and I was left with acrylic residue hardened under all my nails, all my nails were curved downwards , the French tip was way too thick , and there was only one coat of white gel so all the French tips ended up being transparent. When I asked to have the nails straightened and not curved and have another coat of white gel, I was told that it was too late to fix anything.They looked like beginner nails. I called later that day to see if this could be fixed and so they told me to come in the next day at 1pm. I came at the time they told me and I had an older woman doing my nails this time, off the bat when I showed her the reference picture of a simple acrylic French tip she called it ugly and said she doesn’t do French tips like that. She proceeded to straighten out my nails and only made them slightly better and began drawing the french tip and when I asked if she can make the French tip run along the sides of my nail she said she can’t do that and told me to wait for another technician to do my nails because she had customers waiting on her. And angrily wiped off all the French tip she had done on my nails and had me sit on the couch mid session with bare acrylic nails and had me wait on the other technician who was also doing someone else’s nails. At this point I was contemplating asking for a refund and was so confused as to why I was charged $77 for a medium length French tip that two technicians couldn’t even do properly. It was THE most simple design ever. I finally and passed onto the other technician after he’s done with his customer and he managed to make it look decent but I will never come back here again because they clearly don’t know how to do the simplest designs.

I'm finally getting around to writing this review. I have only been physically and verbally abused by one nail tech in my whole life. This lady grabbed me and yelled at me in fantasy nails across the freeway. Well my next set I went to this salon and I asked a lady for marble nails. I told them multiple times I'm not picky about much besides big bubbles in the polish. They didn't do the marble right tried pitting ugly stickers on my nail and there were tons of bubbles. I asked the lady to fix it and sure enough this crazy nail ladybstsrts screaming that she knows me from that other salon and I do this for free service. Ummm I already payed the 80$ they did nothing to help the situation and let the lady abuse me again. I had to stay to get the nails fixed because they forcible took payment before I was satisfied. Oh and the excuse for the lady was her families own the salons so she things she is the boss. They left me crying and so upset. I haven't gotten my nails done since

Save your money, or go elsewhere I had manicure done in this place it was horrible with 2 coats you can still see through my nails, you would think a toddler was learning how to do a manicure the worst.

The old lady that did my pedicure made me feel so uncomfortable the whole time I couldn't even enjoy pampering myself which I hadn't did In a long time. Not to mention I hate my nails they are very inconsistent and I felt like she rushed to do my nails. I would never return here again nor would I recommend ever coming here. Lost out on a potential long term customer

My husband and I have been going to this nail shop for years…. Best pedicure in town! Kimly, Ruby, kimchi are amazing!! But today I gave Kevin a try, I’m amazed with his work. He is very friendly and patient. He took his time and did an amazing work.
