So professional, the kindest people. I had never had a pedicure until a year ago, and I've been every 3 weeks since then. Kelly and her whole staff are amazing.

First time And loved it. It was a long while but the outcome was beautiful. Ombre effect acrylics and pedicure matching color.. definitely coming back.

A few days ago I did a walk in for two full sets. After me and my sister picked our colors we sat down and all was good until the girl doing my nails, dropped the nail sizing box on my hands and other things she’d use to do my nails. Instead of moving my hands. It seemed intentional. Once me and my sisters nails were done we had both noticed that our nails were not fully painted and the nail itself was hardly glued down. (Our cuticles we’re flooded in polish) We asked for them to be fixed but were ignored. $60 down the drain honestly. I’ve called and called asking for redos or for a refund and the phone goes straight to voicemail.

Had the worst experience ever. First I waited for almost 2 hours with my feet in water before a sweet lady got to do my pedicure, she did a good job with my toe nails, but not on my heels and foot soles, barely got any dead skin off. But that’s was not the worst. When it was my turn to finally get my SnS manicure, the guy that works had the most unprofessional and rude attitude. I told him that I wanted my nails shaped round. He tried with the worst attitude of course, I simply asked to shape them more. Apparently he got offended and told me that he didn’t want to do my nails because “I was expecting too much”… I didn’t know that we as customers cannot expect to receive a good service that by the way we are PAYING for it. Never coming back to that place again.

Payed 50$ for 30 mins of there time on fake toe nails. Pedicure, no soaking , no nothing. Felt like I was a nobody! Thx
