I attended pamperme day spa to get a manicure and pedicure for my families wedding. I had a small issue of one of my gel nails falling off. I contacted the owner and they invited me back in to redo all of my manicure without a charge. Aime did an amazing job on my french tips. Aime was relaxing, took her time to take off the old gels nails properly without ruining my nail. I appreciate the extra time and effort and I will be returning.

I find one of the women staff members very appropriate in answering the phone, she lacks respect for the customer. 😝

I went in around 5:00 to get dip power done as my previously acrylics had come off and I wanted to protect my nails. I live an hour away but was helping my mom as she was in the hospital, I was watching her dog. I decided to go here and that was a terrible decision. The nail tech rushed my nails and wasn’t very thorough. I had asked him to fix them when I was there as they were quite “bubbled” looking and round. He said “I tried but that’s just your nail” uhhh no. I’ve had this done many times and my nails have never looked like that. It was thick, bumpy and uneven. When I got home they had all started peeling and chipping. The following day I had to drive back home so I stopped in not even 24 hours after having them done and asked to have them removed. He kept saying he could just redo the top coat. I said no I want them removed please. He did remove them but very aggressively and used the e-file to dig deep into my nails to get the colour out. He was so careless he was hitting the sides of my fingers with the e-file.. When he was finished He automatically started helping another woman so I awkwardly stood there and asked “can I get my refund please” and he said no I don’t do refunds. I asked a couple of times seeing as I it wasn’t even 24 hours since I had been there and they peeled within an hour of me getting them. He said “I actually should charge you for having to remove them”. I couldn’t believe this awful service!!!! I was so mad. Now my nails are hacked up and he left them butchered. He didn’t even file them to make them even or smooth. This is an awful place ! Beware.

Highly recommended! The staff are wonderful and the spa treatments are always amazing. You must try the aquapath. It is one of the best pool experiences and atmosphere I have been too. Very private while you go through the circuit.

The experience was everything you could ask for. Lisa puts so much effort into designing and creating a beautiful manicure. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my nails. I am always excited to go back and even more when I leave. Amazing work , long lasting and such a clean and relaxing environment!
