I waited for 15 minutes after my appointment time to get started and then my feet were left to soak for 35 minutes before anyone came to work on me. I was an hour and fifty five minutes total. No apology for the time delay or anything. I won’t be going back.

Dec 24, 2022 was the 1st time I went to TN24 nail and spa. And I am truly impressed with this spa. I highly recommend for everyone to try it I felt very relaxed and comfortable for the beginning till the moment I left. NO rushing, everyone was friendly, the lady(Cindy) who was doing my nails was not rushing answering the phone when I was sitting with her and they did a great job on my nails. I was offered water and could watch a movie while I was getting pampered. I was treated like a human and not like a number. Thank you! So ladies give TN 24 nails & spa a try. You wont be disappointed. Merry Christmas!!!
