There have been a lot if people come and go, but this staff is great. They are always helpful and the manager is always going out of her way to assist me and other customers. Whether it is trying to order products or finding a new favourite, Sabina is working hard.

Expensive, but fairly quick and turned out nice. They were able to fit both of us in without an appointment.

I walked in and only had to wait 5 minutes. Vicky was amazing, she did my shellac mani pedi and had great attention to detail. My nails look perfect and I didn’t have to spend over an hour in the salon to get my nails done.

I've been going to Deluxe spa for YEARS and I am surprised the reviews are so poor. Thao has been my go-to girl for as long as I remember. Shellac mani's every 2 weeks! The staff are super kind, the store itself is always clean. The tools they use are always properly taken care of. Oh, and I moved to Orleans and I still travel to Barrhaven to get my nails done because I simply do not trust anyone or any other place!

First time to this salon. The service was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly and the service was even better! Definitely coming back!

I got a full set of acrylics and my boyfriend just got his nails painted. I didn't catch the name pfthd guy who did my nails but he was amazing! He was extremely nice and did a great job. I come from a smaller town where the nails are not as goodand are more expensive so I was really impressed. I am for sure getting my nails done here again when I am back in Ottawa!

If your feet are feeling sore like mine, go to this place it will help you out. You feel like you're walking on air eventually.

I visited Ruby Nails for the first time 8/8. The wait time was a little long as they only had 3 staff working this day. I waited approximately 45 minutes before they allowed me to soak my feet for my pedicure (no biggie). The guy that did my feet was amazing. He was gentle. He asked me if I liked my pedicure & I did. Took a while but overall I’m satisfied with the look. My nails however… after getting my pedicure I was able to instantly get my fill in. I was happy thus far until the male nail tech did my nails. He roughly removed 2 of my nails (Ouch). Ripped my natural nail on my pinky & applied gel on top. It burned a lot. I asked for my nails to be shortened. They were uneven. They do not use traditional nail polish anymore just shellac + (etc). I wasn’t aware that I’d be charged an additional $5 for my mood color polish for my feet and nails ($10 extra). I didn’t know until they finished my feet & started my nails. Usually I pay $70-$75 but here I paid $90. Nice, updated, clean shop but I can’t see myself going back. Update: second photo posted to show unevenness.

I love my girls here! Pedicures are fabulous by all of them Michelle's Nails Lily's juice all their nails are good. They don't really do fancy designs and all that blinged-out stuff which I love however their hearts are great and the nails they do do are beautiful I always get my nails done from there when I just want to go simple but I've had some pretty extravagant once then from there are but their far and few between. The salon is in my top five favourite they're probably ranked at number three even to some days

Really nicely done. I took off a star because I ended up bleeding on some fingers. The man who did my nails was very nice and patient. The nails are lovely. I would just recommend being a little more careful with the tools and ask the customer their comfort level.

I have been going to Bella's for more than 25 years! She is the only person who I will let touch my eyebrows as I have had some bad experiences by going else where. Her prices are very reasonable and haven't changed in the past 10 years. I have used her also for pedicures and other waxing and am never disappointed. Her pedicures are AMAZING!! She actually still uses the razor to shave off dead skin. Her daughter Gelena is fabulous at facials and I trust her 100% for laser treatments. I can't speak for everyone but in my humble opinion this is the place to go to!

Great service, I love my nails every time.

Great if you want to get ripped off. I was charged $85 for acrylic nails. Their website says $47. Everyone else charges no more than $55 tax in, for the exact same thing. They’re stupid enough to think I’d believe that it’s because the nail polish on top of the acrylic nails costs $35. Omg seriously! So like people actually walk out with just the acrylic nails and no polish.That’s what 20 years of loyalty will get you. First time they ripped me off and it will be the last. Lots of friends and family will not return when I pass this on.. Not sure why they’ve decided to become bitter angry thief’s but you should stay far far away.
