The store was okay. To bad they ran out of eggs but otherwise great service during the long weekend

I have curly hair but occasionally wear it straight. Tracey does such a great job giving me a cut that looks great both curly or straight! She also cuts my kids hair and is very patient with my squirmy daughter. I highly recommend Tracey for your next haircut!

My first time having a facial treatment and it was so worth doing in this salon! I forgot her name but she really treat me very well and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the foot massage! LOL. I will definitely go back and recommend Upkeep Shoppe to my friends. :)

Regrettably, my experience is much the same as others before me and would recommend you look elsewhere for a massage. I booked a massage for 10:15 and changed into a comfy robe but was kept waiting until they said the masseuse wasn’t coming in. I rearranged my day and returned for a massage at 13:15. The massage was just about ok, certainly not great. I requested a receipt at the time of booking and again at the spa but couldn’t get one, it took over a week to get a receipt after several phone calls and messages. I was told that a director would contact me to talk about my experience, but that was several days ago now. UPDATE The owner finally replied 19 months after my visit (18 December 2019) and review (January 2020). Both events were pre-Covid, contrary and misleading to suggest otherwise. Too little too late! As mentioned previously, the appointment was on the 18th December 2019 at 10:15, then it was bumped to 13:15. This should enable you to see the name I booked under. Nevertheless, as a courtesy I shall be reaching out to Linda to discuss and clarify.

I cannot thank Lori enough for the wonderful spa service she provided at my daughters sweet 16 party. What an amazing and special night she gave to all the girls and some of the boys who wanted a mani/pedi too! Lori kept the girls and boys entertained. She went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations we had. Thank you so much Lori!!!
