Nails

I have a great experience every time I come here, the atmosphere is great. Was just there a few days ago and got a shellac pedicure and an acrylic fill, and it was relaxing and not rushed like some places. The shape of my nails were symmetrical on both hands and nicely done. I also get my eyebrows here sometimes, from the owner or manager, and she does a great job. Definitely would recommend, but make sure to make an appointment. It is a little pricey, but good quality so worth it.

Had a lash lift done to correct my overly curly lashes, then tinted them. Now I can clearly see they have length and definition. Super happy with my results and will definitely do them again!!

Rude nail tech. Not sure if he was having a bad day or not. Providing a good service will be rewarded with a tip. Didn't leave one. My tip is don't be rude and expect a tip. I've been to many nail salons. I won't be back at this one.

Awesome service and great atmosphere

My experience at Woodhaven nails was extremely poor. During the pedicure, my feet were barely serviced or scrubbed. She avoided looking at my feet at any cost. The chair did not go back and instead of switching me to another seat, I was cramped. Even though I made it clear I needed the seat to go back further. No cuticle remover was used. The water was Luke warm and barely trickled into the bowl. Some tools were sterilized and some were not (nail clippers). I was given to another employee for my nails. He gave me a manicure in a dirty bowl with barely warm tap water. He dipped my hand in and immediately started removing my cuticles. No product was added. After saying my nails were uneven, he swore they weren’t. The polish job was rushed and sloppy. A sparse amount of cuticle oil was placed on my nails and not rubbed in. No lotion was applied. I left with sloppy dusty nails. No one was friendly. The salon was not very clean. Nothing about the experience was luxurious as promised. I would never go here again. I paid $110 ($140 after tip - because I felt obligated, not that the service warranted it) for a pedicure, manicure and full set. I did not get my monies worth.

Great customer service, service desk is kind. The best mail tech in the game is Jack, great conversation and my nails turned out great! Will be coming again in the future!

I have always had a great experience here. They are so kind and do a great job while always taking the time to give you all the extras. I was saddened to see a customer treating one of the nail techs so poorly and they still maintained their composure and tried to give her the best experience. I think a lot of people have forgotten how cool it is to be kind. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone in need of a great mani or pedi.

I got a Groupon before the holidays to get a full set of eyelash extensions, I love them so much I've gone back twice for bi-weekly refills. :) The lashes look nice and natural, the work of the technician is excellent. Do note, the studio does appear to be under renovations at the moment, and it seems like the technician I had is also the one who manages appointments as she left on a few occasions to greet customers and answer the phone- clearly they're busy! Overall, I would absolutely recommend La Villa to friends as they offer a really good product, good service, and the location is well situated with plenty of parking.
