I called I spoke to the manager at 10 AM I booked an appointment for 12 PM I stated on the phone that I was very picky about my shape and that can I please have someone if they’re available that is really good she assured me everyone is very good here and don’t worry you’re good. I arrived at 12 PM the lady could not do the nails I wanted so they asked me to come back later on after I drove there i booked an appointment.. Then argued with me continuously how I was in the wrong and she didn’t have that conversation with me which I have a camera in my vehicle it was recorded of me booking the appointment lol. they continuously said we only like to see our regulars our clients that come in here. Worst experience poor customer service won’t be back.. Judging by the reviews this happens to quite a few people

Sherri and Emma worked on my daughter and I. They were friendly and did a wonderful job. We decided last minute to get a 10 min massage also. Then I mucked up my toe polish. Emma fixed it quickly. We were in and out in around an hour. My daughter really enjoyed the massage chair as well.

The girls there do such a great job with the manicure and pedicure. Lily and Stefy both so good.

I had a pedicure here last week and the place was very dirty and my polish was only on half of my nail and very uneven. They were very nice but the quality of service was terrible.

Had a lovely experience here. The lady working near the door happily greeted every customer, asked what they were getting, and instructed where to wait. Hannah did my nails and she did a fantastic job. They're shaped beautifully and the design nail turned out so stinkin cute. She also made sure I was comfortable and chatted with me the whole time. I'll definitely be back again to try out some more services. Thank you! p.s. I took these photos myself. Ladies, how the heck do you get good nails photos? haha I assure you they are even nicer in person.

Leann is amazing! she always takes so much care & detail, she’s crazy talented & my nails always look great leaving! never had lifting either!

Talk about an amazing experience I have never been so happy with a nail salon before, she let me go through almost every single color they had and took such time and care on my nails to make them smooth and even and shaped them so amazingly 😍 never going anywhere else
