Today I used Snowflake service for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality and personal service I received from Dawn, my pedicure technician. I will definitely return to this location in the near future.

Genuinely nicest women working here I cannot appreciate enough. First time walk in for a gel removal, the ladies are all busy with their client but still have me seated and get me started. I see they got very good compliments from the clients especially they know what exactly their returning clients want. The ladies are very sincere, kind and genuinely nice and humble that makes me feel comfortable in their special way. I will definitely come back for a manicure next time.

I would definitely recommend this place! Very clean & friendly staff tons of colors to pick from the chairs for pedicures were super comfy. The lady who did my toes was "Rosey" she's amazing! First place I've been too that serves alcohol while getting your nails done! Washroom was very clean

One of the best manicures I had in GTA. Their work was amazingly good and professional. I also had pedicures and eyebrows waxing. All were amazing. The salon was really clean and sanitized. Loved the whole experience!

Unfortunately, I have been away for one whole year in a small community. Could not find a place for a good mani/pedi. Finally able to get back to my friends at Hot Nails. What a wonderful job they did. Welcomed me back after one year like I was never gone. Had a mani/pedi about 3 weeks ago and still looking good but want to go back this week. Great staff who take excellent care of their customers.

Tram is amazing. She knows her craft. Makes you feel very comfortable and does an amazing job on your nails.
