i love the staff, they were very gentle an nice, i love the nails!

Came here because I was in the area and the manicure was cheap. My cuticles weren’t cut to my liking and when I said something the woman gave me attitude and told me to leave. I’m astonished by her attitude and unwillingness to keep a paying customer happy. It also felt rushed with many steps skipped (no hand washing or cleaning under the nails). First and last time at L a Nails.

First time customer and I loved my experience. The owner was kind and accommodating of all my questions and gave easy to understand answers. She transformed my pre-Covid mess of hair into a beautiful look. She listened to my request for silvery ash blonde and delivered, as well as ensuring that the colour transitions blended well. The instructions for maintenance and care she provided were educated and thoughtful- I will def be coming back!

Got the worst service and treatment from management. They had someone new who took 1 hour and 10 minutes to only remove shellac on my hands. I had to leave the spa at that point since I had other appointments. And manager decided to charge $10 for wasting 70 min of my time without having done the service I was there for. I did not want to complain in the spa in the presence of other customers and decided to call and talk to manager later. The way they handled the call was even more disappointing, they started speaking Chinese to me so I would give up. Eventually the manager took the call to only say that she does not have time to talk to me. I asked to get back $10 dollars and stopped by spa to pick it up. At that point I talked loudly in the spa about disappointing service while manager refused to be part of the conversation. When I stepped out of the door with $10 dollars, spa employee burned a newspaper making fire and trying to either hurt me or burn my car parked right in front of the spa. I did not report to police despite there was a case.

Best salon ever! I did regular manicure with Heidi and it lasted than my expectations I will definitely come again!

I’ve had my fair share of trying nail salons in Richmond hill and was disappointed with every one of them. I’ve been coming to Fresh Bonsai Nails for a few years now and I have never ever left disappointed. I usually get a UV gel overlay with Ann and she is my favourite! The quality is top notch, my nails last for almost a month and they’re perfect EVERYTIME- no exaggeration. The staff is always friendly and Julie, the manager, is the sweetest.
