I wish Kathy was still running that place . The new owner doesn’t fit it and you can tell she doesn’t care about the clients although she’s polite and professional. It’s a different vibe.

I found it to be the best Drive Test center for new learners. This being located and surrounded by commercial and industrial area, therefore easy to drive around. Parallel parking is also relatively easy, which is done in parking area, marked by large pelicans.

Worse nail place I ever been to She made me bleed Hurt my nails about 10 times is so ruff and hard the environment is very quite no music no tv doesn't talk horrible nail skills my 3 year old could have done better I paid 85 for a fill and a pedicure and then she made me go across the street to get cash because her atm dosnt work I'm so upset with the service I received was not relaxing at al

These nail techs are very quick and efficient, which can be a good and a bad thing. I love that they are fast because I am usually in a rush, but sometime you just want to relax and take your time. I have never left this salon unhappy

I've been visiting them since they opened and every experience has been a great one. I've been getting my nails done by Cindy for years even before this location and she is fantastic and always knows exactly what I want to. I've also done facial waxing here too and have sensitive skin and have never had any issues. I highly recommend Deluxe Nails!

I’ve been to about every nail salon in Oakville and this by far has been the BEST salon I’ve gone to. Absolutely stunning inside and very clean. Front desk girls are super friendly and and fun to chat with. I always get the Luxe Rose Pedicure and I highly recommend it!

My go-to place always ! Everyone does a neat job, thoroughly professional but at the same time they care a lot about their clients. I like their attention to detail in even the smallest factors as nail corners. The colour selection is also vast and so is design selection. Would highly recommend this place.

I've given this place two tries and now will never be back. On my first visit in July, I called ahead to see if they had time, thy assured me they did. I get there and had to wait over an hour and a half to have my nails done. My pedicure looked as if a five year old did it. My second visit was in August. I had an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. The woman took nearly three hours to do a classic manicure and pedicure and shaved my nails down super thing and shaped them very weird. Again, my nails looked like a five year old did them. A complete waste of money. I believe this salon hired some new staff after covid who are not trained in nails. There are only one or two women here who actually know how tp do nails. Will never ever be back.

The Gentleman who did my fill was rude and seemed to get angry because I wanted regular polish instead of gel. It was a terrible experience to have your nails done when you sense an angry vibe from your technician! Never mind 50 bucks for terrible work! He didn't even bother to make sure my nails were the same length! Horrible! To treat customers is such a disgraceful way!!!

I have been going to Akrilix Nail and Spa for many years now. The staff is very professional. They always make me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I go. Christina always makes sure that everything is efficient. Great experience all around.
