My mom, sisters, and I were regulars here for over 10 years. Then the salon changed; they started taking every walk-in and if you made an appointment they completely disregarded it. My mom and sisters switched to new salons and I started doing my own nails. I came back because I know their gel manicures last and my wedding is coming up. 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a gel manicure and waited half an hour before they sat me. Came back today and half an hour went by and they still hadn’t even started. Running 10-15 minutes behind appointments is understandable, but to consistently keep your appointments waiting for half an hour, especially when the client is on-time, isn’t professional. This was my last time coming here.

My favorite things about this shop is that they do all the fun stuff. I brought in an idea I found on the internet and we all conspired together to make the idea even better. She took her time and made sure my shape was done well, and that everything would stay on. They also did it all for a low price, given the length and the design. I travel a lot, but I definitely found my Southern California nail spot.
