As always I enjoyed my visit there today they always treat me with such kindness and Care being that I am disabled I don't always get that treatment in public places but at Steve's ball I always get good treatment I would recommend this Spa to anybody

Went got a pedi with my wife was incredible. Leg massage, wax, hot rock rub down.

I got the deluxe gel pedicure and that was good, the younger lady did them. The older lady, Lee did my full set acrylic and they were NOT good at all! I just wanted long coffin French Tip with acrylic powder and she could not do it. My nails were very uneven and crooked. They were not coffin at all and she did not file them good. I was hoping after filing they would look better but once she was done and ready to polish I knew they were just not going to be fixed. I was so displeased with them I left without polish because I had already been there for over 2 hours. The pedicure was $60 which I didn't mind since I got the deluxe one, but she charged me $55 dollars for this set that was horrible and not completed. I wont ever go back there!

I have been here several times and always question why I came back. Well I will not be returning. The technicians are older and they get upset when they hurt you. They get upset because they cause you pain. Go figure. My nails are clumpy, uneven ,thick and just plain ugly. I tried to tell the technician now all of a sudden she doesn't understand English. They can't even follow a simple jewel nail design. The only technician that is good is the young one that's in the front. You can give her any picture of a design and she'll make it happen. Sorry she wasn't here today. Maybe if she was I would have had a different visit.

Excellent service. Very busy, so call ahead & book an appointment. My daughter loves going to this place. I have gotten a few sets done & always leave happy.
