I've been going to this nail salon every 2-3 weeks for 2 years now. I've never had a bad experience and my nails are beautiful every time. No matter the length or shape of the nail, they always come out perfect. Liz is amazing as well as all the other nail techs. Im fairly rough on my nails and they are very understanding and quick to fix any broken nails or lost rhinestones keeping my set beautiful. I highly recommend this salon, the skill of their nail art its top notch 👌😊.

I got a pedi and gel color change. I got the most sloppy and horrible service despite how nice the nail tech was. I had to go back to get my small toe and finger nails repainted. My pedi was so so, the nail polish was not even dry and he shoved my slides on my feet...the polish was ruined. My gel nails weren't even dry so when I got home it was bubbly and scratched. By the way, 2 days later my gel mani has chipped. Omg...he needs retraining and stop doing short cuts.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. The staff were friendly but the pedicure chairs are not in good condition, not clean and the pedicure itself was painful. The person who did my pedicure was a little rough and also cut my cuticle too short and made me bleed.

They did a pedicure for my 90 year old father-in-law for Father's Day and it was a great experience for him...We will be going back regularly...

BB Nails is a super cute nail salon and with lots of mani and pedi stations. I came on a Wednesday morning and it was pretty busy. The salon has a lot of natural lighting and the general atmosphere of the place is pretty nice and clean. I had an appointment but came in an hour earlier and they were able to accommodate me quickly which I appreciated. Front staff was nice and polite. I got a gel manicure done by Noon and she worked pretty fast but was detail orientated. She was able to recreate when I showed her. There is a Peet's near by so it's nice to grab a coffee before enjoying my time there.

Last Tuesday I called for a last minute walk-in gel pedi. Hannah was amazing and did a beautiful job. Relaxing and calm salon. Can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful service today. Our appt was for 4 pedicures. We we're sat down all next to each other and serviced right away! All four of us were very pleased with our pedicure!

I started going here a few months ago, and their customer service is great they are always so friendly, and willing to squeeze you in the best they can. Nick and Judy are the best! (Try the dip!!!)

We were very happy with our service and our nails are beautiful. We would go back!!! The ladies were so nice and funny. We had a good time.

This place is ridiculous. Two out of the five times I went there they did not have the color I wanted the first time and had to choose a different color. This last time my nails had started to badly chip not even a full week in. I came in asking them three times if they can just redo all of it and give me a different color and they refused said I had to pay full again even though these colors were clearly not done right since they are chipping. Wasted 40 dollars DO NOT come here. Terrible service

It doesn't matter how busy they are, they will get you in. They do a great job. My Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas nails! Loved them!

Gel Durability: barely there. 2-3 hours of my life and >$70 and here my husband is staring at chipped/peeling manicure and missing gel on my toes. I'm embarrassed. 2/24 Gel Manicure and Gel Pedicure (best friend paid extra $15 add-on to the pedicure for gel) for my honeymoon, was promised it would last two weeks. 3/4 Only 8 days later, my Pedicure is already missing 3 toes. Cleanly. I thought gel barely comes off. The French manicure is chipped on top and peeling on bottom. And all I have been doing is living at a 5 Star Resort of no dishes, no hand work.

Best nail salon in the area! Clean, sanitary, brand new equipment and super friendly staff! I’ve been going here for 10+years and they have zero turnover.

Tammy gave me excellent service. I haven’t had service this wonderful in years. The best massage ever 🥰She communicated and made sure I was comfortable. She had a great spirit about her 🤗😊
