Had to wait with a scheduled appointment, but it was well worth the wait. The nail techs wear mask and keep things clean. The receptionist assists with making customers comfortable, while answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping the techs.

Today I went in at 6pm to get a gel manicure. The guy was doing my nails and he painted one nail and he asked if I liked it and I said no. Because I didn't. I asked to change it. And he turned around saying "I don't have time for you" choose a color we close at 6.45pm even though they close at 7pm and 2 more people came in for pedicure after me. That person was rude and at the end he even asked me for a tip. For such bad attitude that simple gel manicure cost me $43!!! Never coming back again!!!

Grateful for taking me in even if I came after their closing hours. Le was very kind to do my nails and even did an awesome job! Would def go back to this place again.

Zoey and Ann are my new manicurists... I will no longer drive 45 minutes omanicurist. after 11 years of doing so...The receptionist gets just as much credit for me returning to this establishment (I would only go in emergency cases)....She was amazing and took very good care of "all" the customers that came in...I absolutely 💯 love her too... I recommend you give this establishment a try.. You won't be disappointed ..

I am very pleased with how professional they are and it doesn't matter who does your nails or pedicure they are all amazing.

I used to come here a lot. One day, I don't know if the owner/woman in charge, along with the staff, were having a bad day. But my friend and I got the worst customer service. Not only bad customer service, but the owner was flat out rude. I had also witnessed her being rude to a specific technician in many occasions which always made me uncomfortable. But I had never been at the receiving end. Needless to say, I have not and will not return to this place.

I love it here!!! Kim is so amazing and highly talented, she is so patient and sweet. I’ve been coming here for months now and this is my favorite nail salon ever and I’ve been to soooo many. Kim, keep killin it!! You’re work is bomb!! I appreciate you, 😍 love it :)

This place does not deserve the name Luxury nor the location its in. Started off with an older lady doing my nails and had to make her stop because it was clear she didnt know what she was doing. She tried to argue and pulled my hand toward her. I requested someone else and Linda did better but did a very bad filing job. Lifted within 4 days and not even at all. The only person who got the job right was the male technician that did my pedicure. It looks clean walking in but when youre there for almost 2 hours you start seeing how lazy the owner is, the trash she left at a table and just overall not organized. And to top it off charges were over $30 more from my normal salon. Never again.

Great experience they close at 7 and they took me and my 3 girls in for pedicures and another lady after us! did a great job and were really friendly . Will definitely go back!

I moved to this area and needed a new nail shop. I called and was told they had 2 spots available for my daughter and myself for pedis. We came right away. They sat us down within 5 mins of entering. Bora is who did both of our pedicures. She was very attentive and gentle. She was very friendly. She asked questions throughout the whole process to make sure we were both comfortable. I’ll definitely be back and booking with her for all pedicures. Thanks Bora!

They did a great job on my nails. I only paid $55 for them. It was my first time coming and I was kinda scared just cus I have never been there. I had some friends say good things about the place.

Acrylics and gel are great but the lady who did my nails burned and cut me multiple times. I told her it burned and she said sorry but did nothing to make it better. My pedicure however is terrible. base gel was good but the rest is awful and nobody can convince me its not. first she knew that it was tickling my feet when she did it and I was just like trying to stop laughing so she did even lighter so it would tickle more. then I asked for three studs and she said OK and then she asked if I wanted a diamond crystal heart and I said yes because it’s Valentine’s Day and then I looked down and it was an ugly red heart that said xo with nail polish. she laughed like she knew it was ugly and said it was a joke but then continue to cure it and put a topcoat on. these reviews are not true and I would not recommend coming here if you want to save $120. The pink marble ones are what my sister got they’re also terrible.

The only place I would ever go to have my nails done. The salon is always pristine, the girls are all so lovely and my nails have never looked so good. Really knowledgable technicians that not only do a wonderful job on the day but also educate you on how to look after your nails and waxing. Not to mention the best range of colours around! Highly recommend.
