I got a pedicure done here! Went before 9am they answered phones to confirm I could come in! They took me right away sat me down and all employees so polite and understanding of my baby coming along with me. However I will say it needs a deep clean not just a basic mop and sweep

New in town an walked in to River Nail Salon! Everyone is so polite and professional. Got a pedi and loved it this is new nail salon!

First time here and very expensive. Usually go to Organic Nail Bar but wanted to try a new place. The male nail tech did a good job on my manicure gel nails but the lady who did my pedicure, not so hot. Had dry gel polish all around my toe nails and poorly painted.was disappointed with my pedicure but manicure was good. The only thing I did not like at all was that they push you to get more expensive things that is not wanted or needed. When I would say no they would push you even more and just so I can be at peace already I said yes and paid way more than I would have at organic nail bar. I think I’ll stick to Organic Nail Bar. They do an amazing job with pedicures and manicures, worth the prices. Would go here again but only for manicures with the same nail tech. Organic nail bar gets full and very busy but they have great service and the quality is amazing. They do your nails the way you want and they come out gorgeous unlike this place, where the lady left my toe nails looking like a 8 year old did my nails.

The first two times I came they showed me kindness and that they cared. But after these last 3 times was horrible I was getting cut by an older women I told her multiple times that she was hurting me and she just looked up to me and said beauty is pain my dear and continue to cut and hurt me I also asked the last two times that I went for them not to give me the same woman that was doing my toes but they still gave her to me and I would ask them if a pedicure is supposed to be painful they said that she is old but as I continue to tell them that this is my third time coming with the same person that I asked for them not to put me with they still did I will never go back here again my acrilic nails they’d put on my big toe were the thickest thing ive ever seen like dude !!! I’m gonna show you guys my nails Tim the owner did my nails the nice nails are what I asked for and we’ll you’ll see for your self I complained and they the bigger girl in the front and skinny tall dude asked me for next time tell Tim I didn’t tip why because they put no effort in fixing the problem I felt like I couldn’t say anything mind you I go and take all my kids with me you’d think they’d care that I want to have a little self love moment no . I am very disappointed. All that money just for my nails to not be painted correctly my acrylic on my toe nail not even put entirely on my whole big toe and get mad when I asked if they can put it correctly …

Been coming here for about 6 months now. Pretty happy with their service. All the staff do a great job. My gel pedicure lasts me a whole month. I usually get the deluxe gel pedi….it’s a bit pricey but worth it.

Didn't get much of a massage. Not even a good soak in water. Not too bad but not too good either. Ugh the hunt goes on.

My nail tech was fast, knowledgeable and neat. My nails received many compliments and lasted for 2 1/2 weeks.

I used to go here before the pandemic. I’m finally going back I hope it’s still running good. There’s just something about going to familiar places with the satisfaction that they typically do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I will update this review once Im done getting my nails done :)

They aren't that creative. You have to have your own picture if you want them to draw anything. My daughter wanted checkered and she couldn't do it so she did strips instead. Beside that they were fast, and nice.
