The owner of the shop is a delight and does great pedicures. I have had my hair cut and done here for decades. Good prices, good people, great local business that has changed ownership over the years and maintained quality of services. It has loyal and faithful customers. Call for appointments.

Stumbled upon this new salon while walking down Lake St. There is a “grand opening” special for 20% off services which is valid until March 1st. The salon is next to China Go and the Mobil gas station. There is free parking in the back which is helpful as lake is a busy st. We were impressed by the cleanliness and size of the salon. They have quite a selection of OPI Polishes and a book of gel and dip powder options as well. My manicurist did an amazing job and my husband enjoyed his pedicure. This place is also excellent for groups ( bridal party, shower, etc ) as there is a separate section of 6 pedicare stations that can accommodate a private group.

Switch to the salon because I follow the lady that does my nails. Her name is Christine. And she does a great job with gel nails. The salon was clean, friendly. I love my manicure by Christine. My pedicurist however was not ers open to removing dead skin. Will sefiney go back.

We had an excellent experience at Wood & Nails. Jeff was extremely helpful and patient with us as we designed a set of couches. We are trying to be more conscious of where our things are made, and the items we chose were made here in California. There was a delay in receiving due to covid - understandably - and Jeff provided creative solutions so we were not left in a bind. Our couches arrived and they were absolutely beautiful. The delivery service was great. We went back and bought a leather chair for my husband's office. The next time we are looking for a high quality piece of furniture we will stop into Wood & Nails.

Wish I could give a positive review of this place but Phoebe (new employee?) refused to paint my toenails "because I was a man". Luckily they were able to fit me in at Allure Nails on Mcdowell. Thank you Jennifer!

I’ve been seeing Shirley a couple times now. If you’re looking for Japanese Nail manicures, I highly recommend her. She is extremely clean, and does an amazing job. She values my comfort and safety during these times and is so gentle with filing, and overall care of my nails. I’ve also trusted her with designs to which she is so talented in. I tell her what colors I want, a type of design and she just goes with it. Truly talented, and highly recommended.
