My years of attending the office of Dr. Falke started with a visit to the Dundas Street location many moons ago. The staff have always been professional at all times, putting me at ease each time, as I curiously inquired as to my treatment procedures, even when someone else substituted for Dr. Falke in his absence, namely his daughter. My comfort level remained the same and since my eye history is at this location, I have no desire to go elsewhere.

Great service and very nice staff. I really appreciate Dr. Bechtold's demeanour and attitude. He was very honest with my daughter's vision issues, and laid out all the options we had. I never once felt pressured into any course of action, which I appreciate. I highly recommend him!

I love this place! I get my kids glasses here! They’re extremely helpful, very friendly and great prices! I have an eye exam next week, and I will also be purchasing my glasses there if I need them! I recommend them to everyone I know!

I have never been treated so well in my 50+ years wearing glasses. This is my second purchase of glasses. Hakim replaced and repaired my glasses for no cost. Amazing if not the best warranty of eye glass companies. Service is still the best as mine and my wifes new glasses were inexpensive due to promotions. My initial review was very negative (1 star). To make a long story short, the lenses that I received were of a much lower quality than I thought I had ordered.. They provided a very narrow band of vision in my progressive glasses. Within 15 minutes of submitting my review I received a phone call from Scott who was the Regional Manager for Hakim. The phone call came at around 9:00 pm while Scott was in the USA on business. He indicated that he personally receives every review and wanted to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. After discussing the situation with Scott he submitted a request with the West Brantford store to replace my lenses free of charge. My first pair were returned to me 1 week later and I'm extremely satisfied. I have absolutely no reservations about returning to Hakim based on the exceptional service we received from Scott and would particularly like to recommend Barb who works at the West Brantford store. She took a personal interest in making sure we were satisfied and was very open and honest when helping us to select the frames.
