I've been going to HVC for over 20 years. The care is attentive and the service is excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They take time to explain everything and most important, they help me pick out glasses my wife will like. (Thanks Kelly!)

My young daughter has seen Dr. Chow for the past 2 years since requiring eyeglasses. She is a wonderful doctor and very friendly. I recommend her and her front desk staff are very polite and quick.

Best place for glasses! Not only is the staff extremely friendly, they are also very accommodating. They didn't have any frames that I liked, but when I found some at a different store they offered to order them in for me. Their prices are also comparable to Costco for a basic lens. Our family has been coming here for years and we will continue to do so for many years to come.

Dr. Averi Van Dam is a friendly, caring skilled optometrist. She provided a prescription for my teen son and he thought she was wonderful. I think she would be excellent with children. The ElmView EyeCare staff fitted my son for glasses that he enjoys wearing. I highly recommend this clinic. A+!

A for effort and staff is friendly, however they really don't know how to bill or what lenses are compatible with frames for strong prescriptions. the best they could do for me was put me in a work goggle for prescription sunglasses, then want to charge me over 800 dollars for them. Incidentally they charged me twice on my blue cross plan and my wife twice as well. so the overpriced 800 glasses were now 2800.00 glasses, needless to say my blue cross is now completely messed up and my health spending is way over budget all because they don't know how to do their simple job. I guess if you are on welfare go to them if you have a health plan and work for your money stay away. Dr Sullivan is retired and they are ruining his business.

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I got in right away, and the eye exam was through. The optometrist provided good information and was very professional.

Excellent service. Doctor is awesome, well educated and very personable. Head optician is fantastic and extremely helpful, well suited to train the 2 student opticians that were there. Great overall experience. I very much suggest going there for your needs. I had worked as an optician in the past for a few companies. Osborne Spectacle Center is the place to go.

Went here on opening day. Receptionist was really friendly and doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. Direct billing is a bonus.
