My appointment with Dr Sabih Chaudhary was both pleasant and informative. Sabih was engaging and went to great lengths to explain the various tests performed, and his attention to detail and finding the right fit of contacts and eyewear was exemplary. His ability to combine forward thinking treatments and the available technology put me at ease regarding my vision concerns. I have recommended him to many friends and family members and will continue to do so!

My husband and I recently took advantage of Optik's 2 for 1 and both ordered new glasses. It's really great that your store allows the 2 for 1 to be shared between 2 people and the Groupon was a nice bonus too. We were assisted by Marnie who was very helpful, gave honest feedback, and was extremely pleasant and fun to work with.

I wish I could give negative stars. I called this Douglasdale Office 2 months earlier to inquire about vision therapy, or sports vision therapy. I was told that I would need to go into the Panatella Blvd NW office for the testing but we could have the treatment done at the Douglasdale office. I made an appointment for the testing with that understanding. A few days before my testing appointment, I called the office at Panatella Blvd to confirm this was the case (Tuesday, September 12th). I was assured this was the case. I said we would not be interested in pursuing treatment if we had to travel across town for each visit. I was assured this was correct we could have the treatments done in Douglasdale. We went all the way into the office for the testing to start the process, from the Deep SE to the NW location and were told, "Actually the treatment will not take place in Douglasdale". Super frustrated with being lied to repeatedly by the office staff.

I got my prescription and I went to buy some glasses here. After I got them, I went through a huge medical ordeal and started taking a new medication, this actually changed my prescription! I hadn't heard of this before, but my new glasses were essentially useless, causing instant migranes. I told them about what happened and they completely re-did my glasses for free! I couldn't believe this! This was really going above and beyond, and I truly appreciated this act of customer service.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was in preschool. To say the least, all the staff are kind, knowledgeable and always remember us when we walk in. Last week was my first time there for myself and the level of service from the doctors and Glenda is bar none. I am very pleased with my purchases and know that if any issues arise I can go see them and they will do their best to accommodate my family. We live an hour outside of calgary and will continue to drive in to see Glenda and her team. Thank you!!

This was my first visit, recommended by a friend and they were great. Very professional, gave me some free disposable trial contacts and were not pushy at all when helping me pick out some new frames. Very helpful, nice location, great parking.

I have become patient and customer of the Icon Vision Care (Londonderry) location for several reasons. Not only does the practice offer a wide array in frame selection, they are very professional, efficient, and definitely give amazing customer service. They always greet you with a warm greeting and smiling faces and really do make you feel you are being cared for with your best interest at heart. Cristina and Danielle helped me to find my first perfect pair of glasses! I have both reading and distance corrections that work without any effort on my part! Dr. Chong is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very kind and accommodating. He is someone you can easy talk to and get great care from. During my last visit, he proved to be loving and genuine person and went beyond his job description to help me. I cannot describe how grateful I am for him. Thank you very much Dr. Chong. It is the small gestures that are often most appreciated! I will keep recommending you to anyone who is looking for an optometrist and wants to be treated with the utmost care and top-notch skills.

For 15 years I have had the blessing of having Margie Jones attend to all of my eyewear needs. She has an immense knowledge of current eyewear technology. Margie is masterful at choosing the 'perfect' frame. Health issues dictate the alignment of my glasses is critical for my well being. Margie is the only Optician who is able to fit and adjust my glasses. She has profound expertise and skill and extraordinary patience in ensuring my difficult adjustment is always what I need. Margie's care, kindness and compassion for me and my unique eyewear needs is beyond measure. I can never adequately thank her enough for her attentiveness to me.
