The reception girls are super sweet and very helpful. They have the biggest selection for free frames! Although I didn't get my examination here, they helped with a frame transfer.

My husband and I got our specs from here. Awesome staff! Knowledgeable optometrists and very accommodating opticians whomever you got set up for to assist you with your glasses. Best clinic in the metro if you ask me

Worst experience The owner make fake bills. He will say eye examination is free but later on he will charge you for that and if you are dissatisfied with the service/ the product he won't let you go outside of the shop without making a payment. Highly unprofessional behavior of the owner. I will never recommend anyone to buy glasses from EYE Q OPTICAL INC.

Not only does Dr. Bhullar go above and beyond to deliver an extraordinary eye exam and overall client experience, but his entire team is hand picked and extremely receptive to his patients needs. I was blown away with the level of technology available for a simple eye exam at his clinic, showing me the ins and outs of my retina, and optic nerves. He also goes the extra mile in explaining simple life tweaks and hacks to be used for better overall eye health through a holistic approach. Then the real magic happens when it’s time to actually get your glasses made. The level of options available for lenses at his clinic, including blue blockers and special coatings literally make the difference between your average pair of glasses being VHS and what this clinic delivers Ultra HD 4K. Hand down best eye exam experience ever, and I always know him and his team will be there for me and when I need them, for any issues along the way including replacements and adjustments. Keep up the great work guys! I will be reccomending you to all my friends and family for years to come.

I am very happy with the service I have received from the Look Optometry team. Over the last 20 years, I have met many Optometrists in the Lower Mainland but Dr. Bhullar has definitely been my favorite. He is very knowledgeable not just with eye care, but everything that plays a part in it as well. He takes his time explaining how different factors of my lifestyle have and will continue to affect my vision and the health of my eyes and what I can do for optimal health. I highly recommend Dr. Bhullar and his team and have already sent many family members and friends to him.

I looked high and low for frames and Costco had the best selection, and honestly the prices were great, even for their designer frames. I saw prices at least half of what the cost was in other stores for the exact same frames. The service is also amazing here, all of the staff all have qualifications and are not just regular sales staff.. and they don't work on commission. The service was the best here out of any of the many stores that I went to. Next time I need frames and lenses, I'll be going here.. I'm really happy I heard someone say to check Costco out. If you are looking keep in mind that the selection is always changing and different locations have different frames..

I have been going to see Dr. Panesar ever since I was a child. I have not had any issues here. They have a great service and are always friendly. Best of all they remember me every time I come in.

You got everything you need for your eyes here. Jason is best, he knows all about new technologies which are good for your eyes, like anti glare, blue light deflector lenses. And there is huge collection of branded shades.
