Completely out-of-line and unprofessional attitude when confronted about a product that failed to deliver. Refused to provide any refund/compensation and went on an ego trip to insult the customer. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Side note: Takes "gifts" from wealthy mainland Chinese clients and overcharges for contact products easily found at local grocery stores.

Had a super experience at Wink! The Staff and Doctor are amazing and very knowledgeable. I asked them for their recommendations and they provided it but without being pushy or over the top. I felt like I was treated like family and in good hands! I highly recommend coming for your optermetry needs!

Great place with great service. Dr. Ou is very professional and very trustworthy. The selection of glasses are also incredibly nice. The place was amazing. However, nothing is perfect, so I guess my highest would be a 4-Star.

My experience at Vision therapy was very good and would recommend it to anyone with vision issues .. Very good and professional therapists that are extremely educated on ways to help you along after a head injury or vision issues.. I thank them for doing a great job after my concussion..

All of the people here are very lovely and helpful. It has been 3 weeks though since I ordered my glasses and I am still waiting. In my opinion, that is a very long time since my prescription changed and I need them to look at my computer all day. Update: They were very apologetic about the glasses taking so long and gave me a $50 gift certificate. So although I was a bit annoyed, that definitely makes me happy and I will be going back there. They have a very stylish collection of glasses.

This place is awesome! They are so professional and friendly that I will never go anywhere else for glasses. They were less expensive than other places and every step of the process was top notch- from the eye exam to walking away with new glasses- everything was great.

Great optometry care for my little toddler. Dr. Tong was skilled in keeping her entertained throughout the exam. Also great contact eye care care as they will ensure you are comfortable with the lens and very patient with teaching you how to wear it.
