Dr. Gillani is wonderful! Excellent service and availability coupled with an experienced background. Highly recommend for everyone to go to see her for your eye health needs.

Never had glasses before, but I knew vision was needing a check up. Scheduled check-up and got a RX for glasses. Filed claim with Insurance provider and found out that Lens Master (598 Belmont) is not covered for examinations. They were de-listed. Not an issue for me but for those expecting coverage. Double check your benefits and delisted providers before you go.

Decided to check this place out and I was amazed. Salesperson worked with me to find exactly what I was looking for. Much cheaper than the other places I checked out. My glasses were ready on time and they're great.

Optical house was AMAZING!!! I was in a bind, I lost my glasses while on vacation and was almost blind without them. I was waiting to get into my usual optometrist but I had to wait 2 weeks. I decided I couldn't wait that long, and Googled places that did direct billing for both eye exams and the frames themselves. I found Optical house as the second option. I called and it was 10 minutes after they closed, yet they still answered my call. I was already impressed. I advised I needed to see someone quickly as I had no glasses, the man on the phone got me in within 2 days for the time I requested. I even got a follow up text message to remind me of the appointment. When I got to the store, I was greeted immediately, and when I said I had a 10:30 apt, the gentleman knew my name and said he was expecting me. Talk about service!! He took me into the exam room, performed the first test, and had the Dr come. Dr The was great, she was super sweet, great mannerisms and very easy to feel comfortable with. She walked me through the change of my prescription and set me back to the man to get me fitted for glasses. Since I had lost mine, she said do whatever you can to expedite this for her, she really needs glasses. The man said we will get as close to her prescription as possible, and then to come back in when mine are ordered and have them swapped out. The level of customer service there is exemplary! Thank you Optical House team, I could not have had better service anywhere!

I have never been so impressed with a staff or eye examination visit. I entered Campus Eyes as a stranger and left feeling as though I were family. The staff went out of their way to make me feel at home, and then worked together to help me choose the best possible frame for my face. Benny (the owner) played an integral part in this process, and provided me with an amazing deal for my contacts and glasses. It is clear that all three members of this staff are genuinely compassionate and honourable individuals, who care about the specific needs and concerns of each client. I used to get my glasses and eye exams elsewhere, but coming here because I was in the area was the best choice of my life. Dr. Daniar and her associates treat you with the utmost care. I was quickly seen for a vision examination and found that my vision had gotten worse. The process was quick and I enjoyed chatting with Dr. Daniar. The measurements for the glasses were then measured and I got to pick out my favourite pair (there was a lot to choose from). I ended up getting the glasses i wanted and Dr. Daniar and her associates were quick, efficient, easy to talk to, and caring through the whole process. I would say this the best optometry clinic in Waterloo but that would be an understatement. It is the best optometry clinic in the world. I recommend this clinic to everyone young and old. Thanks again Doc!

Have found the team here to be helpful and accommodating. Service is always professional and they are great with contact lens trials and frame fitting. Would like to see a larger selection of frames.

I've been going here for 20 yrs and my eye care under the care of Dr Code has been never questioned. He is thorough in his examination and he asks good questions about previous visits and current potential areas of concern connected with my background. I've never had to wait more than 10 min in the waiting area. In face, my last visit I was early and I was ushered in immediately. For the past 6-8 yrs, they've recommended the eye x-ray and Dr Code has reviewed it and talked about it (again with family background info to help understand things better). I will continue to go there

My prescription shades came in broken but they scrambled to find a replacement pair that I could take on holidays. Excellent and friendly customer service.

My 15 year old daughter has been seeing Dr.Laidlaw for about 3 years now. Dr.Laidlaw as well as all her assistants go above and beyond to help. I highly recommend Dr.Laidlaw as I said she is great and so is ALL of her staff
