I called Paul to give me an estimate. I received 2 other estimates from other companies but found Paul's explanation and estimate the most straight forward. His warranty is the only "complete" warranty that we saw (in fact the other guys didn't even give me a copy of their warranty like Paul did). The material he uses is much better than epoxy and the floor is beautiful. He has done thousands of floors and I can see why his company has been around so long. Don't waste your time getting other bids. Perkins is the best!

This company lives up to their name! Other painters quoted two days, but they got the whole project done in one! Their workers were very friendly and did a clean job. Sam, the owner, was responsive to all my calls and his pricing is spot on (he gave me the best quote). I even got a nice "thank you" house plant. Highly recommend!

Horrible. Toilet broke, sink broke, shower head was cheap and broke, shower tile grout was not applied right and different colors, tile is wavy, back splash tike in kitchen is sagging and horrible grout... the exterior painting there was hardly any prep work so will have to be painted again in a couple years.. windows were cheap and the sliders not installed right... you name it, it went wrong
