Painters

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great supporters of the community

We have used Ray for well over 10 years, requested him to everyone we know. Started the job, finished about 2/5 of it then we could not get a hold him for 3 days. We called multiple times eventually using a coworkers phone who had a different area code in which he picked up on the 1st ring after calling from my cell phone 10 seconds before. After being surprised it was me he stated he had an issue with the tile guy coming in and not being let know because he could have had the bathroom done already. He said because of this he wouldn't be coming back. This was after the week before he was trying to get 1/3 of what he quoted from us. I believe this was premeditated and I am now stuck having to either find a new painter or do it myself which is what it is sounds like. When I told him how unprofessional this was I got hung up on.

Great service, clean store, quality products!

I wish all service companies treated me like Artistic Finishes treated me. If you want to define great customer service, then Artistic Finishes would be part of that definition. On a relative scale of size of the job and profit - mine would probably fall on the low side, but it was extremely important to me - I wanted a create a princess room for my four year old princess. Laura Ashleigh made me feel like this project was equally as important as a corporate project etc. To keep this review short and refrain from gushing on how happy I was, here are a few bullet points that allowed me to enjoy this experience - -Timing - my project was explained to Laura and acted on instantly -Professionalism - Laura and Megan (artist) both were professional, well spoken, and communicated what could be done and what needed additional time etc. -Artistic Finish - the mural - I had castles and a ribbon for the room - Fulfilled every expectation - looked like the picture I was trying to duplicate. Lastly, as a result, this room was received by my daughter with a...."You are the best mommy in the whole wide world and this is the best room I could ever have." I received lots of hugs, kisses, and thank....for that - priceless.

East Side painting helped paint my condo. They did a great job, were very professional and kept to both the estimate originally provided and the timeline laid out. They were great to work with.

Best painters ever. I would definately hire them again!!

This is a great store with excellent customer service.
