Top notch, in every way. Meticulous in detail, from the prep to the painting, to the attention to detail to the daily organization and accountability. Hard working, kind people. Can't say enough about them...except thank you.

We recently used California Joe's Paint for an investment property in Oceano and we were really pleased with the results. They were the middle bid (wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive either)... but I could tell by the professional and personable demeanor that they would be the right fit for the project. They squeezed us into their already packed schedule on very short notice, and we were really pleased with the work that was done. I not only recommend them, but I will also use them again in the future.

There were some issues which Ken reviewed and had corrected. I've revised my review based not only on his response in having the issues corrected but because I believe he is truly interested in continuous improvement. Let's face it, sometimes things happen. The key to quality is in finding ways to correct issues AND prevent it from happening again. He has a process where he meets with his team to review feedback in order to improve customer experience and I believe he will followup on what was learned from our job.
